We were too. Bag after bag of jerky loaded with preservatives, additives, and ingredients we couldn't pronounce. As beef jerky lovers living in the heart of cattle country, we knew there had to be a better way.
So we built our own smokehouses. From Calgary, Alberta to Rosharton, Texas, both rooted in ranching tradition, both surrounded by rolling pastures that stretch to meet the mountains.
